This was an excellent choice of an apartment in Florence! We loved the place from the moment we walked in. Francesco met us and showed us around his place and answered all our questions. The apartment is convenient to all the places most visitors want to see in old Firenze. It is clean, comfortable and everything you could possibly need from a well-equipped kitchen to ironing board and washing machine, etc. The views and breeze in every room are wonderful and I just wanted to sit and look out the living room window. I could on and on, but if you’re looking for a classic and comfortable place in Florence, don’t hesitate to book it!

Charming doesn’t quite cover it - it’s such a lovely place that you are keen to spend time in it preparing for your next venture out. The location is pretty astounding really - a 1 minute walk from the south end of the Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes from the heart of Oltrarno, including Santa Spirito. There are wonderful bars, cafes, and restaurants wherever you look and away from the hustle and bustle of the other side of the bridge just a few minutes away. Check-in etc. process with Francesco is super easy too. Thanks in large part to booking this apartment, Florence is a little part of our souls now. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering it, you won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was such a wonderful location and set up. We had everything we needed and would spend the hottest part of the afternoons relaxing in the unit where we felt right at home. It was a quick 15 minute walk from the train terminal and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. A perfect stay, we would definitely recommend it!

We had a truly fantastic stay! We were only in Florence for two nights and would've loved to stay longer. This apartment was much larger than we expected, with a really lovely living area and a kitchen. I think if we had stayed longer we would've gone to the grocery store and cooked some fun meals at home. When we go back to Florence we will definitely want to stay here again. The elevator was also great so we didn't have to drag our luggage up flights of stairs and there is AC in the bedroom and the living area, which both work great!

Loved this location, right in the middle of Florence, so easy to walk to everything. We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Very convenient to have a washing machine to do a couple of loads of laundry, great kitchen an living space. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely return!

Terrific apartment in a perfect Florence location. All the biggest sights as well as the train station are within a short walk. Host, Francesco was super! Super timely responses to a few questions. Helped us store our bags until we could check in and we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes when we arrived. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we ate in. The lift is super handy as is the clothes washing machine. Francesco recommended the restaurant right next door (Osteria Del Cinghiale Bianco) and it was outstanding. We could not have found a better home to spend our last three days in Italy! Francesco’s apartment was absolutely splendid! Not only, was it in the best area to stay in Florence (in my opinion), but it was also equipped for all your traveling needs. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a lovely kitchen/dining room. The location is steps away from Ponte Vecchio and various fabulous restaurants. I could not recommend this accommodation enough!

We loved this apartment! Francesco has thought of everything to make your stay in this Florence apartment a wonderful experience. Check in and out was a breeze. The AC in the bedroom and living room works beautifully to cool the rooms. It was very warm at night (33 degrees) when we visited so the AC was so valuable! The decor is quaint and beautifully Italian, the bed is comfortable. We appreciated having the washing machine and the apartment was clean when we arrived! The location is fantastic to walk to all major sites and shopping. Francesco recommended a grocery store just minutes from the apartment and we ate in the apartment for several meals. We stayed in Florence briefly but the location of this apartment was centrally located enough for us to get to everything we wanted to see. Check-in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Because of a burst pipe, we were unable to stay at the VRBO we had originally booked, but the owner Francesco was great. He let us know about the problem well before we arrived and worked quickly to find another VRBO nearby. The replacement VRBO was very nice and in a great location so it was a very good substitute. It was really easy to communicate with Francesco throughout the whole experience from the first rental through check-in and out of the second one. We hope to come back to Florence and experience Francesco's charming place.

This apartment is so homey and had everything we needed for our time in Florence. It’s also in a fantastic location to see everything in the city.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect to walk pretty much anywhere in the city. Francesco was very nice, left us a bottle of wine and made us reservations for Osteria next door (we would highly recommend). He also brought me an iron. I can’t say enough of this charming apartment. If I ever get a chance to return to Florence, I would definitely stay here again.
