Charming Patio Apartment – ideally located near Arboretum, Downtown, UM Hospital

This was a perfect location and we had everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and very easy to reach.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nancy was very helpful and easy to contact. The place is in a great location. It’s walkable to campus and the arboretum is just steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Our rental was cozy and comfortable, and close to downtown Ann Arbor. We enjoyed the pleasant surroundings while we sat at the patio and read. Communication with our host was a breeze. We'll be back!

Very nice, comfortable place with pretty backyard patio. Ideal for people wanting to visit campus. A stones throw from the arb, 15 min walk to campus or burns park area. Owners very helpful and responsive.

The apt is in a lovely neighborhood and has a beautiful outdoor patio which we enjoyed. The owners were kind and checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was great. The apt is actually better looking than the online photos. We would and will stay here again and again.

If you are going to a game it is a great location! A fairly easy walk to a downtown area that has lots of food and beverages choices. It is probably .78 mile walk to this downtown area and another 1.25 mile walk from their to the game. Hosts are great people. The place is a tad rustic (Historic Home) and does not have a true kitchen, but a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The only set back is the basement area with laundry room is a shared space, therefore, you could run into hosts while using bathroom or laundry. BUT, they are wonderful and very cognoscente of of guests. Very affordable rustic place in a beautiful area near part of campus.

As expected from listing. Nice area, close to everything. Owners very nice and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze!

This is a lovely lower level unit in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet but a short and pretty walk to South campus, and right by the Arboretum. About a five minute drive to Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Very comfortable. Owners very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment served as a great place to stay off-campus but convenient to UM via a pleasant 15 min walk and very close to the lovely Botanical Gardens. The apartment is the ground floor/basement of a family home. It is comfortable, pleasant, no-frills, slightly worn, thoroughly clean, with friendly and communicative owners. The access lock can be a little tricky.
