This guesthouse studio has charming 1920s Spanish architecture and a lovely tropical private courtyard. The guesthouse includes hardwood floors, a kitchenette with marble countertop, plenty of street parking in front of the house, HD flat screen TV, queen bed, marble bathroom flooring. The courtyard has two lounge chairs plus a table where four can dine. Bikes give you quick access to the beach and bay, both about six blocks away. There is also a shared BBQ in the main yard.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is fabulous! Easy to access everything in Coronado and San Diego. Highlights for us were: our casual morning bike rides through the beautiful and quiet neighborhoods (the bikes worked great and really added a fun element in getting around!), sunset walks at the beach (host had great towels and chairs which made packing easy), and we rode the ferry over to the Midway museum (super close by and a great starting point for our other SD exploration). The room and courtyard were just as pictured, and worked well for our needs. It was a little dusty and could maybe use a good deep clean, but it was overall tidy (I’m from an OCD home without indoor animals, so I knew “pet-friendly” might have some fur, but it was nothing out of the ordinary vacation stay usual level of upkeep.) It is such a peaceful spot to wind down after our city adventures, or spend a day at the beach which is just down the street. George responded extremely quickly to any questions and was very friendly. Check-in/out was a breeze too. Would definitely stay again. Perfect fit for what we wanted and overall a great experience!
