Stayed Oct 30, 2025Host was amazing, very communicative. House was incredibly clean and tucked back away from the main house. We stayed 3 nights with my family, 2 young daughters, always felt safe and warm the entire time. Would absolutely rent again from Ian.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025This property was very nice and welcoming to pets. We had a great stay and would do it again. The host (IAN) was very nice & helpful. The location was perfect as we went to Salem for Halloween during our stay.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This was an excellent spot to stay in! Ian and his family were super friendly & welcoming! 5 minute ride to downtown Manchester and the T stop makes it amazingly easy to get around the area. Fully backed in yard means we'll likely bring our dog next time we come!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025This place was as described. Very comfortable, spotless, close to the beautiful beach and a great heated pool. Ian was extremely helpful, responsive and available for any questions. I highly recommend it!
