Charming Converted Railcar Studio in Joplin!

Such a cute place to stay. My daughters and enjoyed our stay tremendously. It was impeccably clean and had everything needed. If you get a chance don’t miss out, won’t regret it. Wish we could’ve had a longer stay.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was a quiet location yet still close enough to everything in Joplin. Very well equipped with everything needed and everything was conveniently labeled. Plenty of room for 4 adults and having 2 bathrooms was very nice. Definitely recommend for a great experience!

Our stay was fun filled and comfortable. We come out every year for the funny car chaos at Mo kan and we had previously stayed in the caboose and loved it so we decided to try the passenger car this time and it was super cozy and absolutely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed.

The grandkids thought it cool to have the entire train for our family weekend. I’m sure they won’t forget this experience!

We had a blast staying in this rental! The beds were comfortable, AC was cold, and we appreciated the kitchen and extra bathroom. Our kids are already asking when we can come back!

It was perfect to just get away even if it was only 40 minutes from home! We were able to relax and yet we were close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed every minute in the train car. It was set up perfect for us and as some of our group were unable to make it, we're already talking about going back! Such a fun couple of nights. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Absolutely adorable place! Far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful but also close enough to amenities to not have to drive a long way. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to revisit soon

We stayed here while visiting family in Carthage. The beds were incredibly comfortable and loved that everyone had their own bed, everything was clearly labeled, and it was lovely to have extra space with 3 wild boys. The kids thought it was so cool to sleep in a train and played help! I'm falling off the backnof the train!! daily. Our oldest (6) was super excited about the board games and playing battle ship was a highlight of the trip for him. They have all asked when we can go back to the trajn! Definitely recommend a stay here, especially given that the price was somparable or cheaper than any of the hotels in Carthage which are all older and a bit ragged.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids thought it was such a cool place and have asked when we can go back to the “train house”. We are in the area to visit family a couple times a year so we will likely stay again if it’s available. The beds were very comfortable! Everything was easy to do and figure out with instructions provided.

Great stay! Very unique property and plenty of space for four men. Very clean and easy access. Also, plenty of parking.

Loved this place. Would recommend. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Easy access with codes. We stayed in hot summer and the A/C worked great. There were 5 of us staying. Never had trouble keeping hot water for showers. Loved that there was a bath and half. Very quiet location.

The place is super unique and super cute. Our children loved the bunk beds and train house idea. I loved how comfortable the beds were and how quiet the neighborhood was. The owner and the property manager were very nice and helpful. It was more than we expected.

Had family come in to stay and they loved the unit. Felt it was very homey. They truely loved the place

We were in town for a baseball tourney. Though it was only one room, it seemed spacious and plenty of room for 3 teenagers and 1 adult. The property was clean and cool.
