Inside, you'll have plenty of cozy spaces to relax. Whether you're lounging on the futon sofa and watching a show on the TV or using the free WiFi, enjoy having all the conveniences of home. Grill up your favorite BBQ eats on the shared charcoal grills outside, and indulge in a meal.

The pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day, 9 a.m.-9 p.m., weather permitting.
No RVs or trailers of any kind are allowed on this property. Electric car charging is also prohibited.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
