Stayed Dec 19, 2025Alexia is a wonderful organized and so helpful host! She has a gorgeous apartment in Como. The apartment is right in the heart of the active Como shopping life. It was still quiet with the windows closed! This is an updated building that feels luxurious! You will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay here again our next visit to Como!

Stayed Sep 14, 2025First off, Alexia is one of the best hosts we have had at anywhere. Friendly, super helpful and she has an apartment that is pristine. The location being 5 minutes from the harbor right in the middle of the historic city center makes it easy to walk to boat tours, the ferries or restaurants. You will love staying at this property and working with Alexia.

Stayed May 19, 2025I just stayed at Charming Como in May for 2 nights for a short business trip. The apartment was extremely clean. It was well furnished, with plenty of room and lots of windows. The host had extremely good communication and made the entire process simple. I would definitely stay here again.
