Charming, Comfortable, Fully Equipped Flat With Pictoresque Venice Canal Views

The host was very welcoming. She met us at our boat dock and escorted to the property. The apartment was well-stocked, and in a perfect location.

Lovely Venice property. Well located. Vaporetto station nearby. Groceries & restaurants nearby. Communication with the host Marco was exceptional!!Only one minor criticism. The property details list an air conditioner, which it does have, but was shutdown. Apparently there are time-of-year restrictions on AC use. It happened to be warm for October but we still couldn’t use an AC. We coped. All in all, I recommend this place.

We stayed in 4 properties across europe on our trip and this one was by far our favorite. The property is large with 2 bathrooms! We were met by the property manager later in the evening. He gave us amazing instructions on arrival and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Dorsudoro was one of our favorite spots in Venice! Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

This was the VRBO on my trip to Italy that I was most excited about. If you are looking for a solid, well-equipped apartment with no frills and a fantastic location, this is your spot. This place will have you feeling right in the heart of everything, and you can literally see the Duomo from your window. 3 friends and I stayed here, and it was the perfect blend of home and vacation for us.

This was a a wonderful , beautiful property. Marco was a great host. I would recommend arriving in the daylight because it would be much less confusing. An interesting part of staying in a VRBO is really getting to stay like you live there. You learn so much more than staying in a hotel. I found that Venice is not a city for the handicapped because of all the steps over the canals. However, I still recommend going there and staying at Marco’s beautiful apartment if you are at all mobile. Thank you, Marco!

Very accurate description of unit. We would have liked a map of the grocery store nearby. Location very accessible to waterway. We would recommend this unit to a family with children as the second bedroom is designed more for kids and not adults as it is very small

We loved almost everything about this apartment. The smaller bedroom was indeed small, and although our friends didn’t complain, I had the sense that the beds weren’t too comfortable. Some USB ports would also be useful. But all in all, it is easy to recommend this place. Marco, who met us at Ca’ Rezzonica, was a great host.

This was a beautiful VRBO. The place was perfectly clean, looks exactly as pictured. And is in a great location. Highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get around. Near Academia Bridge, makes it easy to cross the Grand Canal.

Location location. Was a perfect stay

Our family loved staying in Venice and the location of this flat was one of our favorites! There was a lot to do nearby, but not too crowded. Marco was the perfect host, he met us at the boat and walked us to the flat to be sure we understood how to navigate everything. It was such a gift after such a long flight and being in a new city. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Venice!

Six of us, ranging in age from 78 to 11, were very comfortable in this well-equipped, and most importantly clean, air b n b apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a reportedly very comfy sleep sofa, and a clothes washer, all of which overlooked a canal. The four star rating is because the air conditioning , which we had intentionally opted for in our condo choices, was not up to par. The main room was ver cool, but the bedrooms, particularly the larger one was not, making sleeping difficult during 35 Celsius days at end of July. Overall, a casual, comfy place… just too warm. Fan didn’t do it and closed shutters helped, but just too warm w/o ac properly working. Marco was very gracious and instructive, met us at boat, and reviewed particulars of his place very well. Thanks, Marco!

Centrally located, can access most of Venice in a 30-40 minute walk. Water bus pickup is 3 minute walk. Close to many restaurants and shops. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We absolutely loved this little flat in Dorsoduro! It's even cuter than the photos show. Good energy here. Excellent communication from Marco. We were given directions on how to arrive via vaporetto, then were met at the vaporetto stop and walked over to the flat, shown around. Location is perfect. Easy to walk everywhere - to touristy busy hubs as well as the more chill Dorsoduro vibe. Amazing coffee and bakeries for a quick morning grab. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. The info book had everything you might need. We even were able to do a bit of laundry! Cozy comfy apartment with plenty of space for our family of 5 (with a teenager, a tween, and a kindergartener). Our only wish is that we could've stayed longer!

Apt. location was great very convenient. Light and airy, nice kitchen. I would definitely stay here agin really enjoyed our stay.
