*Please take note that above is an upstairs unit tenant. There is no access to their unit and vice versa. However outdoor space is communal space. You are also welcomed to use all outdoor space, table, chairs etc.

This was a perfect spot for us, visiting friends who live locally. Very nice coffee shop around the corner too!

My friend and I greatly enjoyed staying in this darling dwelling a short walk from the charming neighborhood of Columbia City. It was the perfect place rest and relax before our main objective: the concert event of the season. With its proximity to the link station, getting in and out of downtown was a breeze. Thank you for welcoming us to your lovely home.

The unit was great. Big bathroom, nice kitchen, tv in front of sofa. My only suggestion would be a scale - when I got to the airport, I found out my bag was overweight.
Unit was off the beaten path, but bus line was close
The place had everything we needed. The owner was great with answering all my questions about Seattle. Great trip!
Pros: 1. Convenient location- 10 min to downtown Seattle 2. Everything you need to make this place home: full kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms 3. Clean 4. Netflix is available for the little one Cons: 1. Parking on the street- we managed to find parking every time but it did introduce a little of uncertainty every time we went out 2. Being a basement unit, you will hear every footstep from above. If the upstairs neighbors are asleep, you will be fine. But if they are up late, you will up late with them 3. The twin size mattress is not too comfortable. My 12 yo asked me why his back was sinking into the bed. It helped when he put on additional 2 layers of blanket
The property was clean and just as described. There was a lot of room, great supplies and lots of towels. It was especially helpful having a washer and dryer during our week’s stay. The only thing missing was a TV. However, because of Emily being a great host and the location, I would definitely recommend this basement apartment and my husband and I would stay here again.
Emily, the owner, was great to communicate with. The apartment is clean and lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really nice and even had a ceiling heater. There is no TV, but we didn't miss it or need one as we were out enjoying downtown, Bellevue and Mt. Ranier. The apartment is in a great location to access all of that by car. The area is very hilly, so unless you want to get in a great workout walking around, having a car could be helpful. There was ample parking on the street.
