Beautiful location, and very comfortable
We could not have had a better experience this past weekend. The home was perfect and the communication with the host and property management company was outstanding. This is close enough to Philly, New Hope, Peddler's Village, but at the same time very remote and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.
Home owners were super nice and friendly! Location is perfectly located between all the towns. We forgot something and owners even mailed it back to us no problem! 5 stars would stay again!!
We were very comfortable at this apartment attached to the owner’s home. Many extra touches were greatly appreciated—plenty of tea and coffee supplies, dishes, pots and pans. Really happy to find cleaning supplies so that we could keep counters spic and span. We brought our foods and cooked, found all utensils needed. We had so much privacy! Able to leave the windows (screens on windows) open the first night. We bicycled the NJ and PA canal bike trails, perfect location for the trails.
We thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous and very peaceful stay. Everything was perfect and we look forward to our return!
The guest house was very clean and organized when we arrived. Check in was very easy. The homeowner called us around noon the day of our check in to let us know the house was all set and ready for our arrival. He also talked to us in person as we were packing the car to check out. Very friendly and I would highly recommend staying there and I would also stay there again.
Just perfect! No problems at all.
Great private accommodations. Everything provided and very clean space. Highly recommend to anyone staying in this area.
It was a beautiful property, a quaint cottage, secluded yet nearby several quaint communities. We totally enjoyed our stay!!!
This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. We were in the area to take our 2 kids to Sesame Place. The apartment was a private, comfy place for our family to relax during our trip. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies that we needed.
Wonderful Hosts! Love this stunning place! I have been here a few times and will return. Everything is really PERFECT! Thank you Jon and Trish
We have stayed here before and absolutely love it. Clean-quiet-private and easy access to everything-New hope, Doylestown, Lambertville and more! Thank you Jon and Trish for being wonderful Hosts! Blessings Nanette and William
This sacred space most definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Super clean-peaceful and a perfect lay out of an apartment. The landscape is stunning! Everything about this space is so extraordinary. The Hosts are indeed super hosts that are there to attend to what ever you may need. My Husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We had been thinking we would love it for a permanent living space. Most absolutely will be back and can't wait. A huge WOW! Thank yo so much Jon and Trish.
This sacred space is beyond 5 stars. Everything was so wonderful and peaceful. What a place to restore and be quiet. I slept so deep. The bed is super comfy. I really can't say enough about it. I will be back for sure! Thank you so very much Jon and Trish for your kindness and generosity!!
Perfect
This location was a perfect getaway. It is secluded with deer to see in the morning. Everything is at your disposal with simple instructions. We would stay here again, thank you Dave & Michelle.
Outstanding in every respect. Beautiful setting, great AC, super comfortable, super clean. Great hosts, we had a red eye flight and we were allowed to check in early without an extra charge which we thought was super generous. Lots to do close by. Highly highly recommend, would certainly stay here again.
My sister and I stayed here for about three weeks, & it we can't rate the experience highly enough. Jon & Trish are wonderful, friendly hosts who make themselves available if you need anything but also give you your privacy. Since we were there so long, Jon was kind enough to set up a table with an umbrella & chairs, so we could sit outside. The environment is quiet & peaceful & beautiful -- just what we were looking for. We saw deer, a fox, and frogs on the property. We love animals, so that was a plus. The house itself was super clean and comfortable with every possible amenity, including a toaster. It has central A/C, which was helpful during a short heat wave while we were there. The 1-bedroom set-up was perfect for me & my sister. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and easy chair. We cooked at least one meal every day, & the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt like we had plenty of space. It really felt like a home away from home. The location in Newtown is also great, being close to everything we wanted to do. If you like nature, walking trails, history, & art, my sister & I can recommend: Peace Valley Nature Center in Doylestown. (Don't miss the Winnie-the-Pooh tree that you can stand inside on the Pooh Loop trail.) Churchville Nature Center in Churchville. (Don't miss the Butterfly House there if you love butterflies.) Silver Lake Nature Center in Bristol, Hopewell Playground & Park in NJ, Howell Living History Farm in NJ, self-guided historic walking tours in Bordentown, NJ, and Quakertown, Pa. In Quakertown, don't miss the wonderful Great Oak on the grounds of the Richland Friends Meeting House. Whispering Pines Alpaca Farm in Stockton, NJ. Keep your eye out for the restoration of Oscar Hammerstein's Highland Farm in Doylestown. For kids of all ages, there's the carousel with hand-carved anmals at the Giggleberry Fair in Lahaska near Peddler's Village. Hunterdon Art Museum in Clinton, NJ. Lost River Caverns in Hellertown. For the best handmade ice cream on the planet, there's Owwowcow Creamery nearby. Restaurants from which we got take-out were Jaffron (Indian food) in New Hope and Iron Hill Brewery. We ate the Indian food while sitting near the Delaware River, which was delightful. Thank you, Jon & Trish, for your hospitality! We were very happy here and highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful, relaxing get-away.
My family and I had a wonderful time at this Vrbo! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It made our stay so relaxing and comfortable.
This is an absolutely lovely place! The guest house is even nicer in person than pictured, spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully arranged with many amenities; my husband and I and our adult daughter could have been comfortable here for a month! Surrounded by acres of rolling green hills and trees, this was the perfect spot to relax between activities, looking out on deer and quiet beauty, cozy and airy, with lots of windows. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating when we were struggling with some car issues that delayed our departure. Although reaching the professional company with specific q's about the listing was difficult (two stars), once we were in touch with the hosts communication was excellent (five stars). Highly recommended!
This was my first time staying in something like this, I usually stay at chain hotels. I am very happy with my experience. I appreciate the small touches the homeowner's had like the Apple I Pad chargers in the unit.
