Stayed Dec 11, 2025The Willow Suite provided a peaceful respite for our very busy trip. The amenities were plenty and the finishing touches made us feel cared for. It was easy to find and our host was a clear communicator that provided us succinct directions for arrival and check in. The room was well appointed and beautifully crafted

Stayed Jan 2, 2026This is my 3rd stay, 2 in this suite, one in the larger suite. All have been excellent. There are excellent trails to walk and it's quiet. I highly recommend this for a solo escape or with a partner.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024This was a great location for a couple days of flint hills sightseeing. It was really nice to be just 15 minutes from Manhattan restaurants and close to the scenic byway. The hosts thought of everything you need for a cozy stay and the bathroom was like a little spa retreat. We had a great stay!

Stayed Aug 12, 2024In addition to being a beautifully decorated room and bath in a setting so lush it seems you are on a movie set, I really enjoy this vacation rental for how thoughtfully furnished and supplied it is by the owners. There are plenty of snacks plus fresh cookies on the day of arrival, the linens are cozy, and the tub is one that I actually enjoy using. There is a closet stocked w/ anything you might find you need: fire starter for the fire pit outside, dishes and silverware, even an ice maker. The greenery outside is so refreshing, and I love the tranquility of the walking trails. I plan to return in the early spring of 2025. Hands down, one of my all time absolute favorite places to stay when I am away from home.
