Charming Beach Studio/Patio/Wifi/Self Check In-Out/One Step from the Ocean!

We stayed for 2 weeks in the Lavender room which was a studio with a full kitchen. Check-in did not start out well as we were emailed the wrong code and did not receive instructions on how to work the electronic lock. This was quickly resolved once we called management. Very clean, cleaning person was fantastic. Nice shared grill and out door dinning tables. Kitchen had a full size stove, fridge/freezer, coffee pot and tea pot. Which was a plus compared to other studios. However it could use an upgrade as it did not have any bowls, can opener, pot holders, veggi peeler, etc. All and all a great stay and bang for your buck. Would stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable home that is so close to the beach and resturants

This location was awesome. Overall the room was clean however the floor not so much. I walked around the room and when I looked at the bottom of my white socks they were filthy and I had to change them before putting my sneakers back on. Housekeeping should mop the floor after each stay even though the floor doesn’t look dirty. While sitting outside I saw a possum that scared the crap out if me. Please be careful and pay attention to your surroundings. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a eateries and convenience

Lots of storage, convenient kitchen , walk to beach (5-7 minutes)and town (15 min). Across street from visitors center. Conveniences for beach goers- umbrellas &chairs. Outside table and chairs great for hanging out, playing board games. Kitchen table has inconvenient leg placement ...tripped over it multiple times. No bathroom vent.

Beautiful room with everything that I could need. The property manager was very sweet and easy to reach. Love the beautiful tile floors and the nice flow of the room. Can’t wait to go back!

Was listed with washer and dryer. Told a week before we arrived, they didn’t have one. Great place other than that

Awesome location. Very clean unit. 2 blocks to the beach. Short walk to the town.

Loved our stay except that both nights had kids partying 2 rooms down from us. A little hard to sleep. But close to town and very clean.

Property was a great location, and was exactly like it looked like online. Felt like it could have had more towels for the four nights we stayed and owners may want to update the place a little more. It was clean but dated. King bed would be more comfortable. The chairs and beach things were all thrown under the stairs and shared with all renters. Possibly updating these items and more organization would be nicer.

This was the perfect space and location for a quick birthday visit to Ft. Lauderdale. It's a short walk to the beach, grocery stores, and nearby restaurants, plus a short drive to Miami.
