Charming appart with stunning sea views in the natural region of Les 2 Caps

The sea is full of eyes!

From the living room and the kitchen, magnificent panoramic views of the sea and the beach which alternate between the sandbanks and the rocks where many birds gravitate. From the balcony, on a clear day, you can admire the pearly radiance of the English cliffs in the distance, and in the evening the softness of the sunset over the sea; ideal for an aperitif or for a nap in the sun!

Guaranteed parking space in a private interior courtyard with access to a closed garage for storing beach equipment, bikes, strollers, etc. Other possibilities of free parking on the dike, just in front of the residence.

The duplex is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a small building of 5 apartments, without elevator; it can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground: living room, kitchen, shower room and a bedroom for 2 people (bunk bed) with a sink.
Upstairs: WC, and under the roof, a beautiful master bedroom (double bed) and an other large room with 2 simple beds, both with sink. All beds are equipped with a pillow, a duvet and a blanket.
Linen is not provided but can be upon request (12 euros/people).

Because of a son's allergy problem, our animal friends are invited to stay with friends or a grandmother. It is also requested not to smoke in the apartment.
The booking price includes a provision for energy cost which are calculated for a consumption = to 30 kwh/day. Every additional KWH will have to be paid in money at departure, at the unitary cost of 0,25 euro /kwh.

Lovers of swimming or walking on the beach, in the dunes or on the coastal paths along the cliffs, the preserved and protected coastline of the 2 Caps region will certainly seduce you! To be noted, Les 2 Caps are classified as Grand Site de France and both merit a visit; they are quite different.
The region also offers possibilities of bicycle tours in the hilly hinterland or the walks by the sea to admire the elegant and colorful Norman Villas ...

An ideal place to stay for lovers of nature and beautiful landscapes, Ambleteuse is a charming family village on the Opal Coast, near the Gris-Nez and Blanc-Nez caps. Fort Mahon, built by Vauban, stands proudly on its beach. On the practical side, there are 2 bakeries in the village, a Carrefour, a pharmacy, a post office with ATM, a gas station and a few restaurants.

5 km away, the village of Audresselles is made up of charming little old fishermen's houses and offers many restaurants with some very pleasant terraces.

5 km in the other direction, you can admire in the pretty little town of Wimereux magnificent Villas Wimereusiennes and take a nice seaside walk on the dike. There are also all the shops, restaurants or stores there that one may need. On Tuesday and Friday there is a small market which is well stocked in season.
For lovers, the Wimereux golf course is 3 km from the duplex, facing the sea.

After Wimereux, about 15 km away, the town of Boulogne-sur-Mer offers an interesting visit for young and old of its magnificent aquarium (Nausicaa), the charm of its old fortified town and its port where you can buy fish right out of the boats ...

Finally, some 15 km in the direction of Cap Blanc Nez, is the village of Wissant, a pleasant seaside resort with a long sandy beach which brings together during the summer lovers of many sea sports (quite a few sea sports are also practiced at Ambleteuse).
