Charming three-bedroom apartment featuring beautiful high wooden ceilings, a private terrace and views of the Cathedral from both the living room and the terrace. It is located opposite the Echegaray Theatre, on one of the quietest and most elegant streets in the historic centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

The apartment stands out for its abundant natural light, excellent amenities and exceptional tranquillity. Despite being in the very heart of Málaga, city noise is barely noticeable inside.

It has three welcoming bedrooms, each with a super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a Smart TV; two full bathrooms, one of them en suite; a spacious living and dining room; and a fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation occupies the fourth floor of a protected 19th-century historic building, which has been fully restored while preserving its original features. The building does not have a lift.

Features
The main bedroom has a comfortable super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms also have 180 × 200 cm beds and Smart TVs.

The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable seating area, a large Smart TV and windows overlooking the nearby Cathedral.

The open-plan kitchen features an island, plenty of storage space and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator.

One of the apartment’s most special features is its private terrace, a peaceful and pleasant outdoor space with views of the Cathedral tower.

The entire apartment has air conditioning and heating. It also offers free high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi (up to 1 Gbps) and Smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms.

In the heart of Málaga
The apartment is located opposite the Echegaray Theatre, in the heart of the historic centre. The Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Plaza de la Merced, Plaza de Uncibay and the main shopping streets are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

Its excellent location makes it easy to explore Málaga’s most important museums, monuments, gardens and attractions on foot. The surrounding area is also home to some of the city’s most popular shopping streets, as well as numerous restaurants, traditional taverns and cafés where you can enjoy the authentic and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city centre.

Despite its very central location, the apartment is exceptionally quiet, allowing guests to rest comfortably after exploring the city.

The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, kettle, hairdryer and iron. A baby cot can also be provided upon request.

During their stay, our guests have access to a complimentary non-hospital medical assistance service.

Getting around
Thanks to its privileged location, the main monuments, museums and attractions in the historic centre can all be reached on foot. There are also supermarkets, shops, restaurants and stops for the main city bus routes nearby.

Muelle Heredia bus station is approximately a six-minute walk away. Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is around 13 minutes away on foot and provides direct connections to the airport and Málaga-María Zambrano station.

FOURTH FLOOR WITHOUT A LIFT:The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building without a lift. Guests must use the stairs.

HOT WATER:The apartment has a 100-litre electric water heater. If several guests take showers one after another, the hot water may temporarily run out. In this case, it takes approximately 40 minutes for the water heater to heat the water fully again.

NO SMOKING:Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in the building’s communal areas. Smoking is only allowed on the private terrace. Please respect the neighbours and do not throw cigarette butts outside.

ARRIVAL:Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. We will try to accommodate your request whenever availability and the preparation of the apartment allow.

PETS:Pets are welcome. Their owners are responsible for their welfare, for complying with the apartment and building rules, and for any damage they may cause. A one-off fee of €20 per stay applies to cover the special cleaning required to protect guests with allergies. A pet bed and food and water bowls can be provided upon request.
