Good location and a nice apartment. Flat was clean although some of the flat and flooring could do with a bit of tlc.

Everything was great. The only thing that needed some work was the heating system.

Truly One of Our FavoriteStays Ever! This place was everything and more. The location is absolutely incredible-perfectly situated to walk to everything, yet still felt peaceful and comfortable at the end of the day.What really made this stay special were the owners. They went above and beyond from start to finish—so kind, so responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. They even helped arrange drivers for us, which made everything feel effortless and taken care of.The apartment is beautiful—exactly like the pictures (which almost never happens!), and so thoughtfully done. It felt clean, welcoming, and like a place you actually want to come back to after a full day in Rome.We are so grateful we found this spot. Truly 5 stars across the board. The location was incredible with all the major sites within walking distance. A grocery store is just around the corner in addition to all the restaurants in the main square(Piazza del Popolo). Allan was extremely helpful while checking in and there was even a bulldog to greet us! The room was spotless and so beautiful with a great view! If we come back we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Francesca was very welcoming and proactive with many suggestions that would make our stay truly memorable. The property was perfect for our large family and incredibly convenient to so many things. We would highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Just like the photos. Communication with Franca was amazing. Allen was welcoming and informative. The location is great. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and bank ATMs around. The buses and metro are right there.Warning: it is not handicapped friendly. We chose this property because my father is in a wheelchair and it has an elevator. There is a huge staircase before you can get to the elevator! This is not on the property management (they never said it was handicapped friendly). Just be warned that the fact that it has an elevator does not mean it's for handicapped.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with plenty of room for grown family of 8, in ideal location. The hosts were so gracious and helpful every step of the trip. We appreciated being able to walk to the market one block away, cafes, bars, metro, and amazing Piazza Di Pipolo across the street. We couldn’t ask for more. Perfect!

Great apartment centrally located to many attractions in Rome. Close to the metro. Great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great common living room areas to relax with our friends. It felt very special! The host was great at communicating before we arrived and was there to provide keys and talk about the apartment. Also arranged pick up from the airport for those that needed it.

When our family of seven were looking for a place to stay in Rome, we found the Piazza del Popolo apartment. The listing said 'close to everything,' and they were 100% correct. It was an amazing roomy apartment, filled with history and European comforts. We often stood in the front windows, to look over the neighborhood. Working with Fidia was easy - her assistant Allen was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We even booked our Vatican tour with Fidia's recommendation. Not only were we 5-10 minutes from must see tourism sights, we were only a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. If you like to walk (and we do) it was so convenient. There were amazing restaurants in the Piazza, a great little grocery store and cafe right across the street. Cabs and Uber were easy to catch. After looking a lot of locations - being able to have a group sitting area - three in fact - to sit and talk about our day - was perfect. It was the first time in Rome for half of our party, so this was a fabulous place to stay. And... honestly - after leaving Rome to a resort in Lake Como, and a hotel in Munich, this location had by far the most comfortable beds. That might seem a little thing, but 17 days on the road, it ended up being a big thing. :) Thank you Fidia for just adding to our memorable trip.

The apartment was spacious and quite nice. The rooms are also spacious, with plenty of closet space to unpack your suitcase. The property manager was great. They reached out about arranging car service to and from airport, and also helped us get car service to Tivoli for a day trip. They also promptly responded when there was a slight leak in one of the bathrooms. The only downside is the showers are not great (one is a bath tub with half wall, and the second had a half broken shower head). But given location and all the other pluses, this is overall a great place.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 7! Great area of town with a bank and supermarket right across the street and a beautiful piazza to visit, we loved the park overlooking the piazza as well! Communication was great, Fidia and Allan were very helpful! Highly recommend!

July, 2025Our family of 6 stayed at this villa for four nights. The apartment is huge and was spotless. Allen, the manager of the apartment was there to greet us upon our arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine.The apartment is directly across from a beautiful area called Piazza Del Popolo which has many shops and restaurants. However, our first night there, we ate at one of the restaurants right in that area and it was awful so I don't recommend that because they are tourist traps.The air conditioning worked beautifully and there is an elevator to access the apartment. This area was fantastic and we'd definitely stay here again.

The best location in all of Rome! This Rental was the perfect setup for our group. The decor was authentic and we loved it. There are two lounging areas plus a large kitchen table for teens to do makeup. Our only issue was the washing machine isn’t working properly and there is no dryer, otherwise everything is as the listing states. There is coffee and pastries across the street plus a grocery store. The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain are walkable and safe. We only had 4 nights but wished we could have stayed in the rental longer!

I didn't realize just how close this was to everything. Walking distance to a ton of things (trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, colleseum). Check in was great. We arrived early, and were able to drop off our bags and explore while they got the place ready.

The apartment was lovely and included everything that we needed to have a great stay, including a very thoughtful bottle of wine. The location is close to great shopping and a convenient spot to see other sights without being in a very crowded location. We loved our stay!

We loved this spacious apartment and excellent location for our stay in Rome. Fidia was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. I will recommend and would stay here again if I find myself in Rome on another trip!

We stayed for a weekend and absolutely fell in love with this property. It is super clean, very beautiful, and has everything we needed to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids (including a 15 month old - the high chair was so helpful!). We hope to be back in the near future as it is also centrally located and within 5-15 min walk to Piazza de Popollo, Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, Spanish steps and much more. Lots of amazing restaurants and shopping near by as well. Highly highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with this VRBO. The location, steps from the Piazza de Popolo, was incredible. The apartment was more space than we needed for our family of four and was beautiful and clean. We were all able to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with Fidia was wonderful. Fidia's manager, Allan, was also wonderful. My son left his iPad at the apartment and Allan kindly brought it to us. I really can't say enough about this VRBO.

The apartment is lovely and in such a great and convenient location! The metro is 1block away. There is a grocery store 1 block way and a lovely cafe called Brown cafe 1block away and Grom gelato 1 block away. A great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rome! It was conveniently located near public transportation, cafes, shopping, and historic sites, making it easy to explore the city. The living space was beautifully decorated and perfect for late-night family gatherings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. A great place to stay—we would definitely return!

We’ve had a great stay in this great en charming apartment. Nice big rooms, well equipped rooms and near to shops and local transport.We would definitely book this house again!Last but not least: it was so nice to have a taxi pick us up from the airport and bring us back. We have a large group and the apartment fit our needs very well. I love the location and the ease to get to the city center of Rome. The check-in process was super easy and communication was good. It’s a place I would definitely stay at again.

7 people, 13 nights, cost 10,228 Euros over Xmas.Architecturally beautiful apartment. The location is excellent for seeing the City on foot and by metro. The host was very attentive to our needs, thank you.Sitting room photos accurate. The apartment was well heated, but the sitting room was much cooler and we used the blankets provided in the evenings. The TV speakers are blown. Bathroom fittings are tired - worn out taps and sinks, black mould in the silicone around the bathtub. The showers are reliant on the city water pressure which is weak. The shower above the bath has better pressure, but the water runs along the back of the bath and all over the floor out into the hallway. The kitchen was poorly equipped. This was quickly remedied by the property manager after we raised the issue. The cooker is wall mounted and is so high up that you can't read which setting the oven is on. It was dangerous to use and made cooking an issue for us. Bedrooms - beds have a mixture of memory foam pillows and very hard foam pillows and the duvets were a little too thin for the time of year. The white leather effect beds are all peeling. My bedlinen had a split in the side seam, level with my pillow which had an unsightly old grey duvet sticking out of it, which was not very nice. We requested a maid service after a week and the duvet covers were not replaced as part of this clean.There is significant road noise, for light sleepers like myself, ear plugs were vital.

This is an amazing luxury apartment. Three of the bedrooms are great. The 4th bedroom is not great. The living spaces and kitchen and dining room were excellent. It is a busy world outside the doors but transit and the metro are so close. The Borghese gardens proximity allow you to escape traffic and wander in a beautiful oasis. The host was excellent. Fidia communicated so promptly and was so reliable about setting up rides to and from the airport. I cannot say enough good things about her skills as a host. She really cares about her renters and I appreciate that so much. The photos are very true to the reality of the apartment. It was a treat to stay here. Thanks Fidia.

We absolutely loved our visit. Brought our 97 year old mother-in-law and everything was so wonderful - it made her trip. The flower cart on the corner made the most beautiful arrangement we enjoyed in the kitchen our entire stay. The views and location are perfect. The unit is a piece of art. True WINNER.

I’m so happy we stayed here. The host was wonderful - providing an incredible guide to the area and recommendations for tours and even a private chef. She even helped us coordinate some transfers. Check-in was easy. The apartment was as described. Lovely, well appointed, and the location was fabulous. We were there with our two young daughters (strollers) and wanted a place where we could walk easily. This was perfect. The many positive reviews we relied on are true - this is a wonderful host and rental. We are happy to add our positive feedback to the list and would gladly stay here again when we return. This apartment was in a perfect location—close to great food, groceries, transportation, sightseeing, etc. there was more than enough space for our family of 6 (teens, parents, and grandparents). It was easy to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful in setting up transportation and providing detailed information for everything we needed.

We loved this apartment! Its location was an easy walk to several attractions including Trevor fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon as well as being right next to a Metro station. The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 6 adults. Each bedroom had air conditioning and the front rooms were great for everyone to gather and relax. Our host, Allan, was wonderful and helped us arrange transport from the airport as well as providing some great restaurant recommendations! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, central location!

This was one of four rentals we stayed at during our 12-day trip to Italy, and Fidia stood out as the best communicator among all the property managers. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The air conditioning and blackout shades were absolute game changers, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. The location strikes a perfect balance—close enough to walk to major attractions, yet far enough to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings.

This apartment is just as described, and the actual space is even nicer than the photos indicate. It is steps from the Piazza del Popolo and the entrance to the Borghese Gardens, a few short blocks from the Tiber river, and a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Vi del Corso, and a host of other sites. There is room to spread out and 2 living rooms with incredible views of the aforementioned piazza and gardens. Fantastic!
