The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the third floor, with elevator, has an area of 240 square meters and consists of a double living room with beautiful marble fireplace (decorative), frescoes on the walls and doors, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower, one half bathroom with only toilet and faucet, dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. All roomsare illuminated by large windows and have high ceilings, characteristic of Roman’s ancient buildings. Three beds are Italian matrimoniale (200x160cm, 6 sleeps) and three beds are single (200x90cm, 3 sleeps). The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, central heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd, washer, dryer.
For our youngest guests we provide a pack&play (1-4 years old).
The apartment is located in a beautiful building with entrance from Piazzale Flaminio. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to Piazza del Popolo and a five minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The “Flaminio” underground station is only twenty meters from the building.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY:

Check in time 3pm - 7:30 pm.
Late, Sunday and Holiday check in € 40.
Check out time 10:00 am
For early check in and late check out, please ask the owner.

The cleaning agency provide some minisoap, shampoo, paper toilet, garbage bags. When those items run out, if You don't orden an extra cleaning, You should use yours or buy some more at the Supermarket. Thanks.
