Stayed Mar 25, 2026I booked this property for 4 senior ladies. 2 ladies arrived one day earlier than myself who were not allowed in the apartment because they weren’t the person who booked it. My friend and I were on a Viking Cruise. In order for our two early ladies to have a place to sleep, my cruise friend and I had to jump ship, catch a train to Mulhouse. Somehow our host allowed the 2 early ladies to enter apartment. So we jumped the ship for nothing which caused us to miss our final night on the ship. Very disappointing!The apartment was very roomy and clean. Bath towels were left on the beds. There were no instructions to operate the stove top. The oven had two places for knobs to operate it but no knobs present. The entry to the building was very sketchy and dark. The elevator was a plus. Exiting the elevator the room was very dark!!! Not very welcoming. There was plenty of room for us. Needed hand towels for bathroom. After adjusting to our 5 day stay we enjoyed our place.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Great place to stay in with all amneties around.One thing I would suggest is to take care of the little things in the apartment such as certain parts of the parquet and fix the shower tap, otherwise its a great apartment with a great team behind it.
