Charming apartment in a mountain chalet near the slopes, Jacuzzi

Fantastic chalet that is very well equipped, including sauna and hot tub. The owners were really good and dealt with a few small issues very quickly. The chalet is in Lavassaix, which is a little bit outside of les menuires, but only a couple of minutes from Bettex blue run

Two families of four stayed at the property for 1 week. The property was ample in space and well equipped for our party. Off-street parking was a plus. The property benefits from having a shared sauna with another apartment and private hot tub. These were a big plus for our party. The accommodation has good access to both les Menuires and val thorens by car or bus. Ski to door on the bettex slope was not possible due to the low snow coverage. The hosts are very flexible and available when required. The daily bread and croissant delivery was a big hit with our party. One area to be aware of when booking this property is that it is split level and three of the bedrooms are on the lower floor which is accessed by a steep spiral staircase. This was not an issue for our party but may be for others with smaller children or mobility constraints. We would recommend the property and are looking to return again in future.

Less than 200m walk to snow - virtually ski-in ski-out. Lovely well equipped duplex apartment with own hot tub and shared sauna. Washing machine a real bonus. Michael was really accommodating and great communication. We loved the daily croissants and bread delivered to just outside front door - payment extra. Note payment extra for towels - just 5E pp. Enough hot water for 10 back to back showers and shower room ensuite for all rooms. 3 toilets for the group. Beds very comfortable. Levassaix is a small village about 1.5km from the centre of Les Menuires, but excellent ski shop and supermarket just 1 min drive on main road. Thanks again for a great week - we definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing week in this property. It is a fabulous space, inculding spacious kitchen and living area, with a hot tub and sauna just to top it off. The host was great - providing us with bread and pastry every morning. If the snow is good, it is a short walk to the side of the piste. Approx 70m. The closest shop is quite a walk away, around 20+ mins away, however we had a car which was very helpful at this chalet due to ski hire being even further away. But as the property has a large parking area out front, this made it all very easy. With the host clearing the driveway every morning. Amazing - and would book again in an instant

The chalet is very well equipped and has easy access to the bettex ski lift. Coming back to the jacuzzi after a day in the slopes is a nice touch.

We had a great week of skiing. The ski area is amazing and Access to a close by blue run is good but became very icey by the end of the week. The chalet was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend it.
