This is a perfect place to stay in Rome. Peaceful, close to transit, property manager was warm and welcoming! If there were 10 stars I would give them

Location of the apartment was closed to public transportation and it was very convenient to get to the most famous sightseeings. It was closed to grocery supermarket and other places to eat. Anna is a very nice host and it was very easy communicate with her. We had a pleasant stay in her appointment.

Four friends stayed at Anna Paola's apartment in SanSaba area. We easily travelled to all the sights in Roma by taxi, metro and bus, but walked less than we wanted due to the heat wave. Anna Paola had excellent suggestions for attractions and dining. The apartment was cool and comfortable after exceedingly hot tourist days. There was everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. The garden tree outside the window were charming as was the resident cat.Would recommend!

The apartment was way more in a neighborhood then we expected. We had to take a taxi for everything and there was only 2 goid restaurants within walking distances.

We loved our stay in Rome and were delighted with our accommodation. Anna’s place is homely and very comfortable, and it’s in a great location. We appreciated Anna’s very warm welcome, especially given we made an error with our anticipated arrival time and she had to wait for us at the house for hours. Anna was very gracious, and no request was too much trouble. We highly recommend Anna’s lovely place!

Great, quiet place and such a nice host. Very walkable to the metro and bus stop (we expected to use the metro for everything but busses were very easy in Rome with google maps).

This was a property that was a great value - very very clean - good location close to the train and walking distance to restaurants. You are not in the thick of the excitement - but it is quiet, clean, large enough for our family of five and the communication is easy and clear.

If you are wanting to be close to all of the sites but be in a quieter area of Roma and are willing to walk a few miles per day, this is for you. We were able to walk to many sites. We did use a service that picked us up to tour the Vatican but that was just one day. Anna’s place was clean and comfortable. She was very helpful during check in and communication was easy and quick. We enjoyed our time visiting Roma very much!!

Anna is a consummate host who met our every request, offered helpful and timely advice and provided needed information at every turn. Her apartment is roomy, well appointed and ideally located, quiet, yet very near the Ostiense termini, walking distance to many desirable locations. We had an enjoyable visit to Rome and hope to visit again. I

Anna Paola was a wonderful host. On arrival she embraced us with kindness and made us feel most welcome. It became a sanctuary to us in the vibrant city of Rome and we savoured our time in this special place. Being outside the tourist areas added to the experience of being in Rome. Anna Paola attended to our needs and has established a well set up place for travellers to stay. It is close to eateries and public transport but at the same time peaceful and quiet, nestled in the neighbourhood of San Saba. This apartment added to our enjoyable time in Rome.
