Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: A $75 protection fee is applied per reservation and covers accidental damages up to $150.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the reservation must be under an accompanying guest who is 21+ and staying for the entire reservation.
