Stayed Jun 4, 2025Short stay in Jersey City for me and my friends. The apartment was in good shape and Modeen was very open with communicating and helped us out with parking and directions

Stayed May 7, 2025Modeen was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself could use some attention. It wasn’t as clean as expected, and it was missing a few basic amenities like coffee cups, curtains in all bedrooms, and hand towels. The neighborhood also felt a bit rundown, which might not suit everyone, although the proximity to the light rail was a big plus.. With some updates and a bit more care, this place could be a more comfortable option in the future.
