    Absolutely beautiful property in the Park Avenue neighborhood of Rochester. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The place has everything you need and the attention to detail was truly appreciated. They did a beautiful job of restoring this old home. Also a five minute walk to all of the restaurants on Park Avenue. Would highly recommend.

    Beautifully appointed home! Perfect bedrooms with lots of pillow choices and AC. Great kitchen, dinning area, living room, balcony and bathroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with family for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

    101 Westminster and Katie were great. She was responsive and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few steps away from the Eastman house and in short walking distance to excellent restaurants and bakeries. The apartment is very clean and very well provisioned. Everything you need. My only advice is coordinate parking carefully with Katie if you have a big car. We have a little car and were able to fit in the right parking spots, but a big SUV would have been a challenge. Definitely worth it for a great stay! It will be hard to match this for our next visit to Rochester. We probably will just book thru Katie again. Thanks for a great experience!
