Stayed Nov 14, 2025Serena promptly notified me of a booking issue and that this reservation wouldn't be available. However she also provided two other options as a substitute. We decided on an apartment in a gated community and was pleased. Not only was she great with communication, but I ended up needed to extend my trip by a few days and she was able to make it happen each time on the fly. Great host, great stay, If I have the opportunity to use her again I won't hesitate.
