Charming 2-bedroom duplex apartment with WiFi in Fairbanks

We had a great stay! It was clean and had most of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was very responsive when we needed anything. It was also very centrally located and we didn’t have to go far to get to where we wanted to go.

It was warm and comfy inside. That is notable since it was 35 degrees below zero outside. Everything was clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient. It's a nice neighborhood and is conveniently located. I had no contact with the host except for the reservation, but they were friendly and open to be contacted for any reason.

What a central place to stay while in Fairbanks. The place was lovely and very easy access! We will def. be back in the future.

Beautiful, clean and great location! My son and I stayed here for a week before we moved him into the UAF dorms. Molly was very helpful with all our local questions and the huge washer dryer came in handy as well. Thank you Molly for making our “college drop-off” vacation perfect! See you again!

Great communication and super easy check in process. The location was great and we were even able to walk to the Midnight Sun baseball game. The rental itself looked brand new, obviously full of updates, we will definitely stay here again when coming to Fairbanks. Thank you!

We flew up from Wasilla for the Midnight Sun Music Festival at Growden Park. It was a quick 1/2 mile walk from rental which was perfect for us. We didn’t rent a car (all rental companies were sold out) Just did the ride share thing or DoorDash when we needed something. The space is large and clean and cool when it’s hot out. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had a decent amount of cooking necessities. We had a few groceries delivered for breakfast and snacks. Molly was easy to communicate with and the neighbor with the dog greeted us upon arrival. Would stay here again for sure!

My husband, teenage daughter, and I were in Fairbanks for a 4 night stay. We absolutely loved our stay at this two-bedroom duplex! The space was clean, modern, and recently renovated—everything felt fresh and well cared for. The layout was perfect for our needs, and both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into making this place feel like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay!
