Located inside a beautifully preserved 1910 building on Lincoln Street, this condo is the kind of place that immediately feels special. Think oversized windows, glowing natural light, original details, and that unmistakable Savannah character that photos simply can’t fully capture. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm wood floors, multiple decorative fireplaces, and oversized windows that flood the space with the dreamiest natural light throughout the day. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly into a spacious living room and an inviting dining area, perfect for slow mornings, shared meals, or winding down after a day exploring. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to gather and entertain with ease, while thoughtful touches throughout make the space feel both curated and comfortable. Guest Access:

Upon arrival guests will receive a building access code and condo door code to enter via smart locks. The condo is located on the second floor of the building. Please note that there is not an elevator available.

Oglethorpe Square offers a quieter, more serene side of downtown Savannah while still being incredibly central and walkable. As with most historic urban areas, you may occasionally hear city sounds (ie city garbage trucks, construction, sirens, ship horns, etc). We do provide a sound machine to help drown out any noises. We do try to make guests aware that Fridays and Saturdays can be loud due to our close proximity to Savannah's night life.



Getting Around:

Parking is not provided with this listing. However there is a city parking garage just a short walk away at 100 E State Street, Savannah GA 31041. There is also metered city street parking close by. You can download the Park Savannah app prior to arrival to pay via an app.



Other Things to Note:

Please note, this is a second-floor walk-up condo with no elevator, which is common for historic Savannah buildings and part of the charm of staying in these preserved spaces.
