Beautifully maintained 1bdrm unit at the Waikiki Banyan with Parking and Ocean Views. Enjoy a stylish experience at this delightfully designed condo. Located in Waikiki only a block from the beach the unit has 1 bedroom 1 bath with sweet designs, and furniture. It features 2 Queen size beds and a sofa bed. A kitchen that is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, rice cooker, etc. This unit has all the modern amenities for your perfect vacation on our beautiful island of Oahu.
The Space:
Our spacious unit is located in Tower 2 of the famous Waikiki Banyan. Airy with lovely mountain, pool and city views, there is ample space to comfortably sleep 6.
Unit is furnished for sleeping, cooking, beaching, or just lounging to make your stay in paradise memorable.
All linens, towels, including beach towels, are provided.
The building boasts a large recreation deck on the sixth floor. There is a large pool, jet spa, children's playground on the recreation deck.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-25 minutes’ ride. Prices are around $35-$40 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

Waikiki Banyan is located in the Waikiki neighborhood of Honolulu, Hawaii. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful beaches, high-rise hotels, and numerous restaurants and shops.

It's important to note that parking in Waikiki can be difficult and expensive, so if you are planning to rent a car, be sure to check with your accommodations about parking options.
Other Things to Note:
Keys and parking permit will be located in the unit. Lock the unit each time you leave. Building access from parking garage will be locked at 10pm and will require a key to get in.
Parking permit pass and unit keys MUST be returned to unit prior to checkout. Failure to do so will result in a $250 penalty fee.
