Stayed Feb 13, 2026The place was beautiful however... we left two bags behind that was stolen by the cleaning lady who clearly was seen on camera taking them.. when we contacted the host together with the cleaning lady via the telephone all communication stopped and they began speaking in spanish the cleaning lady went back inside the main house & never came out to address the where abouts of our bags the host finally showed up in person bc we were forced to call 911 she never introduced herself to us nor did she even address my issue with me.......my fiances flight was the next morning so we were leaving but i will return to complete this complaint and file civil charges ....the host was horrible in handling the situation ive sent her over 6 messages about the situation & she has not returned not one nessage .....if u don't speak Spanish dont bother u will get no where im sorry but if ur in America doing business akeast speak english so u can effectively connect with ur customers it tutned into a nightmare one gold bracelet 3 chains with pendants & one ring ..in the other bag all his gadgets for his pc. hes a dj so his dj peices ...a big big lost 4 us ..and again to see her on camera take it is wats wrong and no one wants to address it and no one speaks English. Vrbo please help us

Stayed Dec 5, 2025Recommend a coffee maker-not espresso but that’s just personal preference. Otherwise it was a quite delightful property and enjoyed our stay.
