Charming 1-bedroom apartment in cool Troy with WiFi, AC

The room was clean and convenient for where we needed to be for the holidays. Jermaine was more than helpful with getting us into our room. The only things I think needs to be addressed is the powerstrip for the coffee and toaster kept tripping so we moved the coffee pot over. And there was no power in the bathroom for a blow dryer. Would have like a dresser to place clothes since we were staying 10 days. Over all it was a good little place to stay. Thank you Jermaine.

I like that it was clean, no bed bugs, no one to bother you and the essential S were there for a short stay. I was go back there again.

This property was clean and comfortable. It is an older city home.....the bathroom had no outlets other than lighting, so any blow drying hair or make up needed to be done at the desk in the alcove of the room The bed was comfortable and appliances were in great shape. It was on street parking.

This location was perfect for a place tonlay your head. Neighborhood was great with a Pub and Cumberland Farms with in a minute of a walk. Host was very responsive and on sight but you wouldn't know it if you didnt need him. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and great host. Conveniently located next to a great laundry place too. Few mins drive from a Hannaford supermarket too. Troy has the best farmers market every Saturday especially when it's outdoors during the right season. We highly recommend this property.

Great short term stay! We were I. Town for a family wedding and location was great.

This place met our needs as we traveled both north and south on different days. There was a restaurant/pub only 2 min walk and a couple bfst places a shout easy to get to drive. Neighborhood folks were all friendly.

Apartment was clean but a little musty. Check in time of 3-7pm should be mentioned in listing. We booked the day before and traveled 12 hrs to arrive to a locked door at 10:30 pm.
