No boats, trailers, RV’s, certain trucks, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles are permitted. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Washing or repairing vehicles on condominium property is prohibited.
Pets:
Domestic household pets not to exceed twenty (20) pounds are permitted. Proof of vaccination and a picture of all dogs is required when submitting a Guest Registration For. Per Jupiter Town ordinance, no pets are allowed outside of an apartment unless leashed and under the direct control of the owner. No pet can create or cause any disturbance, loud noise or nuisance of any kind. The owner of any pet is liable for all damage caused by such animal to any part of the condominium property, or any property owned by the Association. Pets are not allowed at or upon any recreational facility operated by the Association. Pet owners must clean up any mess left by their pet. An exception to the Association’s pet rule may be granted for service and emotional support animals.
Please note that for stays longer than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be required. The cost for this cleaning will be the guest's responsibility and will be charged separately. Please reach out if you have any questions or need additional details.

    The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. We faced a beautiful pond and watched fantastic sunsets. The location was convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Great place to stay.

    Clean, clean sheets & towels. great comfortable bed. Nice master shower. Good communication with owner. Love the extra half bathroom the unit provides & the west facing windows over the lake for some great sunsets.

    My dog and I had a great stay at this beautiful condo. It was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It has a beautiful view of the pond with a fountain. The location was perfect: close to the beach, the pool, and many restaurants. The Twisted Tuna restaurant is just a few steps away. The host was very easy to communicate with and always responded right away. He was also extremely flexible and allowed us to stay an additional day (upon short notice) and with a late checkout since no one was checking in that day. I can't wait to stay there again!

    This is the perfect location for walking to many different restaurants and sight seeing. Very well appointed and incredibly cozy. Hope to come back soon it will be one of my top choices.

    Communication was excellent, it was very clean and well appointed. We loved the area, especially the Riverwalk right across the street and the beach so close by. The pool was great as well. Lots of restaurant options close by. We were very happy with our stay.

    Our family of four stayed here over spring break and it was perfect for our family. Access to two pools and a hot tub! We spent a lot of time at the beach, so it was so nice to be so close! Great location - close to a lot of things!

    Perfect stay. The unit is as described and pictured. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and all other furniture; seems very new. Perfect for a couple, or a few more, as pull out was very comfortable. Linens nice as well. Communication was excellent ; we had an issue and it was resolved immediately. 10 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to pool, which is in front of a wonderful restaurant, Twisted Tuna Their happy hour is the best around. You really do not need a car if pool, beach and relaxation is your thing. Nice additional touches: coffee, tea, champagne and water ! Also, two beach chairs and a nice beach cooler. Thank you so very much!

    We had business to conduct in Jupiter and this complex is right in the center of where we needed to be for meetings.The close proximity tto restaurants, grocery and shopping was perfect.The unit is ideal for a couple, the furnishings are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Being on the lake prexcellentview.
