Stayed Sep 16, 2024Clean spacious and comfortable. Manageable climb from the town. If you plan to walk in the Cinque Terre the walk up from the town is nothing, in comparison. Paved area in front of the building where you can fit your car in. As said by others, very quiet in the evenings but that is because the neighbours upstairs get up at 5.30 in the morning!

Stayed Oct 4, 2023The property is well located in the northern hills above La Spezia. The view is marvelous. We were well guided to the property and found everything well prepared. Bus stop to the city 10 minutes down hill - nice walk through a friendly neighbourhood.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023We stayed at the apartment 5 nights and it was quiet and peaceful. Perched up in the hills with a short ride to the train station to explore the Cinque Terre . The host meet us to let us in and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Sep 5, 2022We arrived and did not realize that the home is in the hillside overlooking La Spezia. A walk back into town to rent scooters fixed everything. The host was gracious and very kind. . The apartment is comfortable and modern with breathtaking views of the city. There’s a cafe and a restaurant at base of the hill with beautiful dishes and great cappuccino and pastries in the morning. Be sure to have a car or scooters, it is a very steep hike from the train station .
