Situated in Charlotte's most charming Uptown neighborhood, Cityscape Studio in Historic 4th Ward offers stunning skyline views & amenities. The abundant natural light, spa bathroom, petite kitchen & huge deck are designed to impress as will the super-fast WiFi & premium entertainment. This property is stylish, clean, safe, & lovingly hosted by the on-site homeowner.

The first thing you'll notice is the home's unique architecture and lighting design, not to mention its sublime location amidst the neighborhood's many Victorians. Traveling up the deck stairs to your perfect perch, you'll be impressed by the deck's 270-degree views of Uptown Charlotte as well as the historic trees that the neighborhood treasures.

Entering The Cityscape Studio through the 4-panel patio doors, you'll be greeted by a soothing yet artistic decor that immediately envelops you in its warm embrace. On each side of the king bed, you'll find an open wardrobe and reading lights. High-end mattress and luxurious linens will ease you into sleep after you take a tranquil bath in the super-sized tub (with city views!) or a relaxing shower offering waterfall shower head, full-body jets, and handheld sprayer options. Enjoy the tabletop electric fireplace!

In case you'd rather dine in than at one of Uptown Charlotte's fabulous restaurants, the petite kitchen may lack a conventional cooking range and dishwasher, but is equipped with a petite refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle an induction cooktop, various spices and oils, plates, utensils, glasses, and - when available - a handful of complimentary beverages and snacks.

A portable desk means you can work inside or out on the deck, which offers conversation seating, a monstrous lighted umbrella, and Charlotte cityscape's best views!

Although a quaint and quiet historic neighborhood, Fourth Ward is in the center of the city and - like many cities - there is no free parking.  All neighborhood lots and driveways are private. If you're traveling with a vehicle, I can purchase on-street parking permits on your behalf at a rate of $18 per day (24 hours).

Although The Cityscape Studio does not offer a fenced yard for your furry friends, there's a large park just across the street and a dog park a mere block and a half away!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! We decided to spend two days here after a whirlwind wedding weekend and it was the perfect quiet neighborhood to rest and relax in. Our dog loved the local park and we really enjoyed the delicious restaurants close by. The space itself was a great size for two people with a gorgeous bathroom I wish we had in our own home!

The home was beautiful! Many amenities to meet any possible need we may have had. Lots of tiny things like mints on the table, epsom salt for the tub & brand new toothbrushes (just in case) to let us know our host took all aspects of our stay into consideration. She was incredibly accessible before & during our stay with instructions and with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We really love walkable spots when traveling, and this spot fit the bill. The host’s communication was always prompt and helpful. Would stay again!

I had a nice stay and it was convenient to walk to venues. The kitchen area was tight quartered and needs more light, a Keurig is needed other than an espresso machine (missing directions). Parking fees are not included. The owner programs the thermostat from another building so the renter doesn't have control over the apartment temperature. There were no welcome instructions explaining how to use appliances (like a stashed induction cookiing plate or coffee machine), and no area information. They advertised that tea would be there but it wasn't. There is no toaster oven or regular stove or oven. Take your own! It is a historic area but there was a gun shot quite close by down the street one night. You are still in a big city! The owner was very responsive and friendly but there needs to be more attention to providing basics and re-stocks that are expected in a rental.

We loved our stay in the fourth ward! The decor is bright and inviting and was a happy vibe the whole time. Literally anything we could have needed was available. I was worried about parking on the street in the city but it was absolutely fine. Many restaurants that are toddler friendly were with in walking distance and there’s a quiet park a stones throw away that was perfect for getting our kiddo’s wiggles out. The shower has great pressure and temperature consistency. The bed and the futon were both very comfortable. Laura, our host, was very friendly and responsive. This is a great flat for a small family looking to explore Charlotte. Thank you for hosting us!
