Character apartment in the European district

Beautiful accomodation just a few minutes from the European Parliament. Neighbourhood is lovely. Caroline was a very kind, accommodating host.

What a lovely place to stay. We were greeted promptly when we arrived, settled in and immediately walked into the beautiful city center. There is so much to explore in this neighborhood and everywhere. We wish we would have had more time.

A very charming (4m high ceilings!) older apartment home in nice neighborhood. Very nice modern kitchen. I feel communication from host could have been better - nothing until 24 hours before check-in was not sufficient to provide assurance of actually having a room before our arrival.

Apartment: very good. Spacious. 2 balconies. Location: very good. Near bus line. Safe and quiet. Communication: horrible. I sent 9 messages for queries but only 2 got answered and very vaguely. I showed up at the property with no details on how to check in despite multiple queries. There was a person cleaning and let me in the building then called them to tell them I’m there. Worst check in experience in all my travels. Amenities: -Towels smelled horrible. -no laundry detergent. One of the washing machines in the basement had an old, wet load in it the whole time (which explains the smelly towels). -kitchen is well equipped. I think the check in experience and lack of communication really take away of what would be a delightful place. I won’t stay here again and will not recommend it.

Caroline was a great host and very responsive to our questions. Great location close to Brussels Luxembourg train station. Many good options close by for restaurants and grocery shops. WiFi was very fast and reliable. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. It is our second time at location. The apartment is in an area that is quiet and conveniently located to transportation and restaurants. It is well maintained and clean. Caroline and Fabrice are welcoming hosts!!

We were warmly received by Caroline. Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to attractions and to transport. It is on the first floor, which is up a flight of stairs. Kitchen was well-appointed. Comfortable bed with ample storage space in the bedroom. Guidebooks and maps were appreciated. It would be helpful if there were a manual for the apartment. Bathroom needs a blind that covers the window completely and a basket in the shower to hold toiletries. Highly recommended accommodation for two people.

Beautiful historic house with guest apartment, located in an intriguing neighborhood.The apartment had an attractive kitchen/dining room and bedroom, but no living room for lounging, thus it’s better suited to a single traveler or couple. There was ample daylight, and nice views into the trees of nearby park and open spaces, but interior lighting isn’t adequate, and some of the kitchen pots and dishes were warn or cracked. It would be great too if the host were to provide a guidebook to nearby attractions, cafes, transit, etc.

Great location, charming old building w tall ceilings, Caroline was very responsive, met us at the agreed time, and allowed us to leave some luggage before our check in time. Central location, safe and close to many eateries, and nice watering holes. Def. recommed, thank you!

The apartment was in a great location near the train station, spacious accommodations 2 balconies & offered all we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's very well-equipped and clean. Plus, you can walk to the center in less than half an hour. We enjoyed a peaceful stay.

The suite was lovely with 2 decks. No living room area and the second day bed was not that comfortable. Suitable for a couple and perhaps 2 children. If you need 2 beds for adults I would recommend renting the separate bedroom for 30 euros per nightCaroline was very nice and helpful

Loved the character of the building. Caroline warmly welcomed us and provided information about the area. The location is great! A short walk to the Bruxelle-Luxembourg station, a 10 minute walk to get the Hop on/Off Tootbus (stop #3), and to many parks, restaurants and cafe’s, in the European district. The unit were stayed in had outdoor space, and lovely historical touches. A bit jaded, but the bed was super comfy, so it balanced. The lower suite (which we were able to have a peek into) is fabulous!! Great spot to stay in Brussels!

Lovely old terrace house a public transport distance from CBD. The apartment is in an old house with lovely features and outlook. It is very clean and well appointed but a little tired. Window coverings need up grading and lights fixed so all lights work. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was very helpful and provided good information on the things to see. House was very nice and very clean. On the down side the bed and pillows were not comfortable. Make sure to bring shampoo, soap and paper towels as these items are not supplied by the host.

We were in the apartment with a group of 4. Unfortunately, the two extra beds were not really comfortable, so we recommend to book the extra room (which is paid on top). So for four people the apartment is normally too small. Otherwise, we had a great stay and the apartment is in a great location close to the city center. The communication with Caroline was without complications and we had a very nice welcome.

Caroline was friendly and gave us many details about the stay, tourist attractions, and more. We had a great experience in the area. It's nearby European Parlament and also near restaurants and pubs. The location is quiet and safe. The apartment is lovely and perfect for a couple, one kid, or another small person. I don't recommend the place for more than three people. Everything was clean. The only tip I suggest for Caroline is to send just one link or consolidate all the links and information in just one because the signal and internet are not always great, and it is hard to get all the information. Still, she is proactive with WhatsApp as well. Just be Aware if you travel to Brussels. Pay attention to your surroundings. I hope the host told us about this. We got robbed near the Grand Place.They matched the glass of our car and stole two bags with many valuables, and we were parking in a private parking lot. The police officer told us to be careful when you come to Brussels.

Very pretty and clean flat with 2(!) balconies in a good neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen. Great decor. Host was nice and helpful.The Institute of Natural Sciences is basically next door. Good connections with buses.Only the sofa in the kitchen was not so comfortable to sleep on, the flat is better suited for couples, if travelling with a group of friends it's probably better to book the additional room in the basement.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment in October. The apartment itself is beautiful with lots of natural light. It’s in a great location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities close by and is also just a walk away from the centre of Brussels. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The check-in process was very smooth and Caroline and Fabrice were extremely helpful. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Brussels.

Cute apartment in a lovely side street.

The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was fairly close to the city center and close to restaurants and little markets.

We enjoyed staying here while we discovered Brussels. The location was just right. Everything was clean and just as listed. One suggestion is to have a step stool to reach the kitchen cabinets, a little high for us, I needed to use a chair. Enjoyed our stay.
