Chalet Bella Vista 6 is a 2nd floor 1 bedroom holiday apartment in this recently built chalet which is comfortably furnished and decorated in traditional Swiss style. One of our most conveniently located apartments, it's just a 200m walk to the centre of the family-friendly car-free village of Wengen.



PLEASE NOTE: Construction work is scheduled to take place across the street in spring/summer 2026. The work will only take place during normal business hours.

What you should know...



Although Wengen is a car-free mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.



As part of your booking, a mandatory non-refundable damage waiver of CHF 35 is required. This waiver offers you protection against accidental damage during your stay, ensuring peace of mind without the need for a traditional refundable security deposit.

    It is 3 minutes walk from the train and Coop market. The open floor plan is comfortable for socializing and the view is great. Perhaps a bit more soundproofing in the LR?

    This chalet has everything we needed. The bed is comfy with great pillows. The bathroom is very nice and super clean. The kitchen was great to use as we were getting sick of restaurants at this point. The balconies are amazing! We also loved being able to open the doors and let in fresh mountain air. Wonderful place to stay!

    A lot of information provided right from the time of the initial booking. There were no grey areas in regards to checking in, checking out and facilities/ amenities that are provided. The management need to be commended for the service. The apartment was very clean and had a fantastic view from all room and balcony. Laundry facilities were spot on also.

    Incredible views!!! Apartment located very close to all amenities yet still peaceful. The car free streets are great with young kids and there are breathtaking walks from the village. The sofa bed was not so comfortable.
