Centrally Located South Hill Apartment w/ Smart TV

Very clean. Liked the location. Owners were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended it!

The apartment was quiet and the Queen bed was very comfortable. The furniture and floors were up to date and comfortable but the walk in shower with low threshold was difficult to keep water from splashing out on to the floor. The water would get really hot but easily controlled once it got hot. Plenty of lighting. Only 5 minute drive to downtown and restaurants. Parking was on the street and shared with other residents of the area but had no trouble parking directly in front on the apartment side of the street. Single serve Kurieg was nice and newer 12 cup coffee maker. Nice place and will stay again if available next time.

Lovely, walkable, cozy little home with every need provided for—comfy bed, thick towels, great storage, well-equipped kitchen. Friendly, entirely easy check-in, and flexible check-out. This will definitely be our go-to spot in Spokane from now on. (As one (younger!) family member noted, the aging in place construction will serve us well over the coming years!LOL). Our thanks to Lisa for her kind hospitality!

Grocery and hardware stores in walking distance. The apartment was very clean and grounds were well maintained. Host response was quick.

This was our second stay at Ukki’s Place, and it did not disappoint. The bed is sooo comfortable, the quiet neighborhood was great for walks, and the comfort of having our own little home-away-from-home during our trip was wonderful. Thank you, Jim & Lisa!

This was a truly comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. The location is ideal with great South Hill shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown Spokane. The hosts were great and I would definitely stay here again.

It is a charming appt, however, the heating is tricky. The first time we plugged the space heaters in they blew a fuse. The baseboard heat is anemic. Our host did not get back to us until the next day. He was very apologetic. Once we figured out how to keep warm, we had a good stay.

It is a great location and easy parking. The place is comfortable and clean. Good communication with the hosts. We’d love to stay there in the future when we visit Spokane again.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful we found the room welcoming and inviting. The street was quiet there were no outside noises. There were little extras in the room like shampoo and bodywash, first aid kit, blow drier, iron etc. I highly recommend the hosts and this apartment. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Ukki's Place! From the moment we walked up to the serene front porch and peeked inside the apartment, we knew it was just what we needed for our time away. So many wonderful details greeted us--intentionally-chosen books in the bookshelf, a spacious bedroom with ample storage space, and a fully-stocked kitchen to enjoy meals in if we chose. Jim & Lisa were amazing hosts, quickly responding to any needs we had, but also letting us have our quiet space. The south hill location was perfect for getting here and there in Spokane, yet feeling like we were just enough apart from the hub-bub to relax and unwind. Thank you, Jim & Lisa--we will be back!

We visited at the end of June for Hoopfest. My husband hustled hard on the court all weekend and I went for a few scenic runs along the river. This property served as a calm, comfortable, and clean space for us to clean up and rest during our downtime! It was walkable to downtown, with quite a hike back up a hill to get home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the space was extremely clean. We appreciated the responsiveness from the hosts leading up to and throughout our stay, we will be back every year for Hoopfest and would love to book again!

We visited Spokane to see our son and his family, so we spent most of our time with them. This property was convenient (South Hill) and close to our favorite stops (Rocket Bakery, Rocket Market, Thomas Hammer Coffee) as well as close to a beautiful walk along High Drive. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and worked well for our visit.
