Stayed Feb 6, 2023Traveling through Chico on a work trip and I couldn’t be happier with this place. Can walk to downtown and the parking is behind a locked gate. Very clean and furnished, owners are very kind!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice apartment in downtown Chico very close to the university. Didn’t know it would be upstairs though as that wasn’t mentioned in the description. Being close to the university can be noisy on the weekends. Management is a bit different from any VRBO I have used in the past. Had to sign a “rules” document and received a few “rules” texts through out the stay. Two parking spaces was also nice
