This front roadside unit is totally private with its own fully fenced courtyard area. It also has a brand new spa pool completely enclosed including a changing area which is for your exclusive use only.

Also, has an area to securely lock away your mountain bikes.

Has a full-size kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, crockery, cutlery, etc... - everything you'd require to cook meals for a family. Complimentary coffee, tea, and milk are supplied to get you started as you arrive. Linen, towels, and complimentary toiletries also supplied.

The flat has a heat pump in the lounge and panel heaters in each of the bedrooms to keep you cozy all year round!

Parking available directly outside the front door with plenty of extra parking available to the front and rear.

Close to cafes, restaurants, pubs, Rotorua lakefront, Government Gardens, Polynesian Pools, Redwood Forest.

    Only three chairs for up to six people. Heater in main bedroom didn’t work and one in other bedroom was against the bed so couldn’t use that one either. Although in early June found it was warm enough at night. Good instructions for everything (except heater in bedroom). Spa was good as long as previous guests leave lid on, maybe something the cleaner can check, otherwise it gets cold. Overall a pleasant stay for four people but wouldn’t recommend for five or six.

    Close to aquatic centre and city. Easy walk to town. Would definitely stay again. Liked the fact it was very clean.

    Lovely little apartment. The spa was a nice touch - we enjoyed it every evening after long days of exploring Rotorua. Location was very handy to downtown and no sulphur smell.

    Was in a good location to walk into town. The unit is all freshly decorated, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. There were mountain bike hooks in a secure back garden which would be handy for future trips. We enjoyed our stay.

    the place was tidy and clean. it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. the property is all fenced up, so you get your personal space. the outdoor area and private spa is perfect for a small family. would definitely stay there again next time i go to rotorua

    My Son and I stayed 6 days. the Unit was spotless and had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable.It was within walking distance to shops and cafes. We had a really great holiday. would be happy to recommend it. Thankyou Grant
