Great location

Convenient location - quiet street and close to shops/eatery. Good sized apartment. However, BIG issue with the aircon unit. It makes a loud, unbearable high pitch sound when turned on making it useable. A big problem in winter...

Property great location for floriade however due to massive construction nearby this location very noisy

Inconsistent reviews for this property for good reason. Poor communication. Did not return emails or phone calls before my stay. Over-priced for what it is - the property was ‘average’, cleanliness for a $90 fee was sub-standard. Manager finally got back to me after my stay - too late to organise an earlier check-in (4pm), and too late to assist in locating the property. Also promised to refund the cleaning fee, but it hasn’t materialised. It shouldn’t be this hard.

It would have been nice to have a flat sheet on the bed. Having just a doona on the bed in summer is uncomfortable

Great spot although a little noisy in the morning. Close walk to shops and dining.

We stayed at this place and we have paid handsomely to the host. The property was just cleaned on the same day and there were too many clothes and and sheet that were in the washing machines. After we completed our trip 1 week later the host posted new charges on my stay which purely illogical. If you have shared your credit card with this property be extremely careful. The charges are very much malicious.

A nice apartment in a very convenient location however traffic and pedestrian noise was very noticeable. Also, there is currently construction work using scaffolding on the building facade. The property host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our week.

After initial check in all was womderful

i love where this is - close proximity to civic.it was a shame that the shower head and shower pressure was completely inadequate.i had hot water on day one (not that i could really access it with the pressure) - but day 2 & 3 the water was cold - zero hot water

The property was in the perfect place for Floriade and the major attractions. Floriade was 200m away and shops within easy walking distance. We also walked from there to the parliamentary district and the War Memorial. Property was as advertised. Only issue was some noise from building works next door.

Apartment is well located, spacious, clean, equipped. Short walk to shops, public transport, swimming pool if open, and parks. Usually quiet, despite central location, but this may change due to construction of the light rail extension close by.

Great location but issues with bed linen in the upstairs dryer, no light in the upstairs bathroom, noisy air conditioner and cupboard downstairs open with dryer running, vacuum cleaner, etc. poor communication from owner. Hint to future guests - run taps for shower to let water heat up otherwise you will have a cold shower!

Sensational property, really enjoyed it. Great location and access to Canberra city centre. Comfortable property and would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
