CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: A unique, spacious and charming newly refurbished 4 bedroom flat, located in the heart of Ericeira village, a stone's throw away from all main restaurants, beaches and surf spots. The flat overlooks the village square, close to the main market where you can buy fresh fish, fruit and vegetables on a daily basis. A nice little terrace offers a relaxing space to enjoy your afternoons, when back from the beach. The flat boasts natural light with a brandnew kitchen with built in amenities.



The Space:

The flat features 3 double bedrooms with King size beds that can be organised as single beds to host couples, friends or family; one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite toilet. There is an additional single bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra trundle bed.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals and features a washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave and stove. There is an outdoor terrace equipped with a bbq.

Getting Around:

Our house is located in the old part of the village, very easy to get around walking everywhere, with nearby amenities such as: the local market, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, shops and the beautiful beaches of the old city. The house is located in the centre of old town 5 min walk from the central bus station; there is also a taxi service right outside the house, at the square. Big public parking is located near the house which is paid during the summer months. There is also a free parking is the streets nearby.

    Great house close to the beach and near restaurants. It is on top of a restaurant but not noisy.
