The building itselfis a historic property, and some original architectural features and structural details reflect its age and character, offering a unique and authentic Detroit experience.

This home is intentionally designed for calm, respectful stays and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or long-term use.

Please note: there are approximately 12 stairs from the street-level entrance to reach the elevators, consistent with the building’s historic design.

Parking is available at the guest’s expense. You’ll find:

A parking garage directly across the street at the Detroit Opera House offering daily rates

The apartment unit uses a physical key (not a smart lock)
In-person check-in is required
Guests must meet the host at arrival to receive the key and be walked into the unit

The booking guest must be present
A government-issued ID matching the reservation is required

Check-out: 10:00 AM (in person key return required)

Arrival times must be confirmed in advance.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
No smoking anywhere in the building or within 1,000 feet
Violations will result in a $1,000 fine
Building is equipped with a sprinkler/fire safety system
No laundry access
Laundry facilities are for tenant use only
Lost or unreturned keys may result in replacement or rekeying fees
Booking guest must be present for the entire stay
