Amazing location.

We would definitely recommend Christine’s apartment for a visit to Salzburg and we will book it again if ever we return. It has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The location is great. It’s a short bus ride (Bus #1) from the train station and the bus stop is /- 100 yards from the front door. The apartment is in a quiet corner but the Old City is only a five minute walk away. The river walk is just across the street and the BILLA grocery store is only five minutes away on foot.Christine met us on arrival and responded to every request almost immediately.Note to American tourists: this apartment is on the fifth floor of a 300 year old building with no elevator so you’ll ascend four flights of steep stairs. If you are mobility challenged or have very heavy luggage, this may not be the apartment for you. Otherwise, it’s good practice for the steps up to Mönchsberg.Tip: the BILLA has a good selection of Austrian wines with bottle prices less than a single glass at most restaurants.

We had a lovely 2 week stay in the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect and within walking distance of transit, the river, and old town. Christine was very responsive!

The location was great to be able to walk to everything in the old town and only a short bus ride with luggage from the train station. It was very clean and looks even better than the photos. Apartment in the center, within walking distance in 5 minutes. Clean and neat with everything you need for a short vacation. Christine has always been helpful and very kind.

This apartment is right on the edge of the old town and only 12 minutes walk from Salzburg Muellin Alt train station. The studio apartment was spacious and comfortable with all that I needed including a well equipped kitchen. Christine was a warm, gracious and responsive host and I would recommend this stay to others.

Christine was very helpful. She was tgere whe we arrived gave us alot of info4. She .ade sure we got the taxi when we left and also right train station. Lo carion was in the old city, which we loved.

Great location, by bus, fortress, grocery store. Clean, everything we needed after a week of train traveling, including a washing machine. Hostess let us check in a little early, when our train arrived, and greeted us at the apartment. She even had a cute little bottle of wine to welcome us.

Christine was lovely and helpful. The apartment had a nice little kitchen and sitting area. Parking was only free from 7pm-9am and we needed to be parked by 7pm and gone by 9am. This helped since parking in Salzberg is expensive and hard to find.

The location of this property can’t be beat. Easily walked to all the sites in Salzburg. Took the bus to a few on the outskirts. Get the Salzburg card. It’s worth it. Christine our host was waiting for us when we arrived. Let us in the apartment, showed us where the attractions were on a map she gave us and even had chocolates for us. There are many bars in the area so it can be loud at night but after a full day of site seeing I really didn’t have trouble sleeping. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We didn’t cook. Only made breakfast and coffee. On our departure our host even called us a cab as the one we booked didn’t show up. Highly recommend this location and this host.
