Casuarina 19 is a beautiful freestanding Villa, nestled into the hills overlooking Hamilton Island Marina & Yacht Club, with views over to the new Hamilton Island Golf Course on Dent Island.

These Villas are perfectly positioned near the Yacht Club and Marina shops. They are very private and represent fantastic value.

Sit back on your balcony and watch the day go by or sip a glass of champagne as the sun goes down over the Whitsunday Islands.

This 3 bedroom Villa is beautifully appointed, fully self-contained, with individual air-conditioning in each room and includes a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and laundry. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath towels are supplied.

There is the latest 52 LED TV, DVD player, surround sound system, IPod Docking Station, Play Station 3 in the living room.

The master bedroom has a queen bed , LED TV and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, the third bedroom has a king size bed or 2 king singles and TV.

There is cot, high chair and stroller in the apartment.

A very spacious balcony which opens out from the living room, allows for that special evening to watch one of the Islands spectacular sunsets over the Whitsundays. The balcony has an outdoor setting and a Large Webber 4 burner BBQ.

To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.

You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also child-minding and baby-sitting services available.

    A nice. well appointed property with a beautiful view over the harbour and airport. However, if you don’t like the sound of planes, you might consider staying else where. The property was good for a family of 6, the only criticisms were that the master bedroom didn’t have an ensuite, although the upstairs bathroom was very close, the TV ‘s were not smart and some of the outside furniture was tatty. Not deal breakers, but would definitely prevent me from giving the property 5 stars. I would however give, Dean, the property manager 5 stars. He was great to deal with.

    The property had great views of the harbor and looking across to Dent Island. We even had a view for a surprise firework show on Saturday Night. It was very easy to access all areas of the island with the buggy. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay that keep us from giving it a 5 star review. When we arrived there was no trash bags in the unit, once I made a call to house keeping they just brought one bag for the trash and one for the recycling for a group of 6 for a week. Once we used those we had to call again to get more bags. They had no extra rolls of toilet paper on hand and after two failed attempts to get hold of the house cleaners we just went and bought our own. There was a small issue with ants in the unit during the evening. I would also suggest that they upgrade the beds as they were not comfortable at all.

    Good sized split level accommodation with 2 large balconies. House is well equipped and our family of 7 were pleased from the grandparents to grandchildren. Small complex pool is about 50m away and the marina 2 mins walk down the hill. Buggy was great for seeing other parts of the island and the bus stop was also within 50m so location could not have been better and the views were stunning.
