The apartment is L shaped; combined with several hallway doors, this creates great privacy between bedrooms; and between the bedrooms and the Living Room/Dining Room & Kitchen.

Each Bedroom has it's own A/C Window Unit. Another A/C unit cools down the Dining & Living Room, & one unit in the Kitchen. This is not Central Air. Air Conditioner units are seasonally removed around October 1st (depending on weather forecasts).

While we maintain high standards for our curb appeal and landscaping look, seasonal factors such as drought or excess humidity may impact grass and landscaping look, but always above the rest! Also as good home owners always do, we may have occasional property upgrades occurring, however nothing that would affect your stay Inside the private separate apartment.
