Town Centre location and only minutes from Poole Quay! This 1st floor, two bedroom apartment is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes' walk from the Quay and all its activities.

Modern apartment withstylish furniture and fittings. A spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The smart and stylish kitchen area contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft Kingsize Double) and further bedroom (4ft Small double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Laminate solid wood effect flooring throughout.

Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins).

Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other.     Improvement suggestion: The shower splash wall could be arranged better such that the wall directly opposite the shower and the floor beside the bath tub doesn't get wet when showering.

    We had a long BH weekend stay at castle lanes, which was excellent! Lovely property and a great location, perfect for the harbour and bit of buzz (cafes and restaurants) Highly recommended
