CHECK-IN
In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your check-in.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Keys must be collected from our office in Broadbeach (address provided after booking confirmation).
Early/late check-in available with extra charges — please contact host.

EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
To check out, simply return the keys to the designated point inside the apartment.
⚠️ Important: Without the swipe card, you can only access the Main Lobby (Level 1).
If you parked onsite via the Yellow Entrance, use hotel lifts (Dorset Hotel Gold Lift) to return to the carpark.
⛔ No late check-out – $50 per 15 mins after 10:00 AM.

KEY LOSS / LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE
• Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee per set.
• Please always carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment.
• If you're locked out:
o $80 will be charged for host assistance between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
o An additional $120 applies outside these hours.
o If the host is unavailable, you may contact a locksmith at your own expense.

    Room was clean but could do with repaint. Couple of minor maintenance issues but nothing that impeded our stay. Lifts can be a bit slow but no a big issue. Great location but access to an outside pool would be great. Overall comfortable stay and would do it again for the price.
