CHECK-IN
In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your check-in.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Keys must be collected from our office in Broadbeach (address provided after booking confirmation).
Early/late check-in available with extra charges — please contact host.

EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
To check out, simply return the keys to the designated point inside the apartment.
⚠️ Important: Without the swipe card, you can only access the Main Lobby (Level 1).
If you parked onsite via the Yellow Entrance, use hotel lifts (Dorset Hotel Gold Lift) to return to the carpark.
⛔ No late check-out – $50 per 15 mins after 10:00 AM.

KEY LOSS / LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE
• Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee per set.
• Please always carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment.
• If you're locked out:
o $80 will be charged for host assistance between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
o An additional $120 applies outside these hours.
o If the host is unavailable, you may contact a locksmith at your own expense.

    The unit was not managed by Star group, but by a private owner using a 3rd party manager, check in was off site about 1 km away, quite evolved and limited check in times without incurring extra fees. The cost was quite expensive, given another $40 the Star charges is off set by $20 max 24 hr parking, casual parking was $60 per 24 hr. Inside looked like it was furnished with op shop items, only 2 sets of cutlery, mis matched dinner ware and glasses, no full length mirror, mirror that was there was broken, toilet brush rusted away, blinds badly fraying, windows not cleaned, shower still had hair from previous guest, check out was painful, as you had to leave the key in the room, doing that meant you no longer had direct car park access. The unit its self was built to an extremely poor standard, bubbly paint, lots of missing tile grout, timer floor poorly laid, already lifting. One night was windy, so disturbed sleep by wind noise on balcony, plus lots of hoons, yelling from street 50 floors below. Would we stay there again, NO

    50F great view and place is brand new. Love every bit of it.
