Casita in Great Location

I left a note for the owner with a few suggestions. Just little things like letting guests know about the heating system. Larger coffee cups for the Keurig, when the pods arrive. And a light outside of the door so guests can see to put the key in the door.

Cute and comfy place to stay!

Clean, comfortable room in a great location close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The host had good communication and was easy to reach. Would stay again!

Great stay great hosts.

The host was great with communication, letting me know how to check in and get settled in. The room was as described and was exactly what I needed. There were a few small issues that arose and the host said he would fix them at a later date. Would totally stay here again.

Great stay and very convenient. I was in town for business, so didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked awesome.

Basic but comfortable - nice host & hostess

Comfortable bed. Clean with all basic amenities. Felt a little worn.

Perfect for what we needed for a short stay. We didn’t plan to use the pool so can’t comment on it. There is a pod type coffee maker so bring pods. Really good location and very quiet.

While the casita itself had the basics we needed for our stay - comfortable bed, fridge, great location, we were very disappointed that the pool was not available as advertised. It was one of the reasons we chose this spot over others, and the weather was hot while we were there. I'd recommend communicating with the owner about what is actually available during your stay.

The property was clean and as described. We enjoyed our stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and near a lot of the places we wanted to explore. Matt was communicative and I appreciated him wanting to ensure we had a great stay!

The toilet was backed up and overflowed on our arrival. Owner informed us that a Plumber was coming and we stayed awake until 11:00 pm, but the plumber did not show up. The plumber came in the afternoon of the 2nd day. The casita smelled like sewer for several days. We offered to go to a hotel but it was late and we thought the plumber was coming. We felt the owner should not have charged us for the first day. The shower is tiny and there is very low water pressure so it was difficult to rinse the soap off our body. No microwave. No hair dryer. The bedspread was dirty. The pool was unusable because it was so dirty. There are almost no utensils to eat with. The coffee maker did not warm up the coffee. The location is good and the neighborhood was quiet.

nice accomodations. pool wasn't available during our stay. a small microwave would be nice too for heating up leftovers.. owner communicated well... It was a good stay ?
