Casita Granada is located in the heart of Belmont Shore, just a few steps to second street and three blocks to the beach. This recently constructed studio apartment attached to the back of the main house features a new queen size murphy bed, kitchenette and a full bathroom. Apartment features include, a constant hot water heater, forced air heating and air conditioning, dual pane windows, noise reducing insulation. The kitchenette features a small gas stove top, refrigerator, and microwave.

    Clean, quiet, and comforting apartment! Close to 2nd Street, which has many stores, restaurants, and cafes to check out. Owner addressed all concerns/questions we had. 10/10 experience.

    Great stay! Communication was easy and straightforward. Property was clean and set up. Parking was street parking but ample parking. Everything was within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

    The apartment was beautiful, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for cruising up and down 2nd street and the peninsula. Hosts were very accommodating. Will stay again.

    This quiet, quaint guest house was the perfect stay for my husband and I in the LBC. They have a mini kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. The all tile bathroom was roomy, and the murphy bed was excellent. Parking was free and easy to find close to our quarters. You can be on 2nd street enjoying the food scene with a 2min walk or on the beach in 10. Our hosts were very sweet and accommodating-prompt to answer any questions. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this experience to anyone else who wants to enjoy all LBC has to offer.

    Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for my 3 night work trip. Street parking is plentiful. Unit is modern and has everything needed. Bed is super comfortable. Location is absolutely prime.
