If your plan for San Diego is to just drop your bags and leave, this is for you. If you plan on spending time at your rental, beware of this place! The rental is on par with a college apartment. Cheap furniture, missing handles on appliances, warnings of power outages, toilet in a closet, pealing paint, dilapidated porch, and a backyard missing portions of fencing. The listing states it has A/C in all bedrooms which isn't true. Plus, add an owner who does not communicate back when issues arise, she simply ignores your emails. It's no place for a vacation.

The rooms are very small, the house has several levels so that if you are on the bottom you get a lot of noise from those above. It is also old so power kicks off (they do tell you how to put it back on) Parking is miserable. Furnishings are cheap. Kitchen utensils could use an update and sharpening. Positive: close to the zoo and park.
