The apartment is centrally located, in the popular area of Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 min by car or bus).



Casablanca 8 is a completely renovated, light and airy 2 bedroom apartment with room for a total of 4 people. This is a very spacious apartment of 70 sqm which is spread over two floors with high ceilings in Spanish modern style. The kitchen is completely newly renovated and generously equipped. The apartment has 2 newly renovated nice bathrooms, one bathroom on each floor and both bathrooms have a shower.



The terrace has access from both the living room and the kitchen dining area. The terrace is located in a southerly direction and offers sun most of the day all year round, there is also an awning for nice shade on sunny days. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of Oasis ‘fantastic garden and of Oasis nice pool area. The apartment is perfectly located near the pool area and in the middle of the Oasis garden.



Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.



Nerja is an authentic and charming town with great views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture, and small hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful scenery where you can both hike, bike, climb, dive, etc.. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!



DIRECTIONS

Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Casablanca 8, Nerja.

1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja

2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” ait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929.

Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.

3. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, on your left side you see the Oasis de Capistrano area(signposted). Here, you drive 300 degrees around in the roundabout and follow the signs Oasis de Capsitrano.

4. You will now enter the Oasis de Capistrano area, this road is a one-way road and shaped like a horseshoe (starting with the taxi zone 5 and go to the taxi zone 1).

5. You follow the road to the taxi point 2 and park your car, there are plenty of parking along the road

6. Walk down the path to the garden,

7. Then turn slightly to the left and then go up a few steps slightly to the right,

8. Then you have houses on your right side and the green lawn and garden on your left side,

9. Follow the path around the houses to the right and then go straight ahead and you will find Casablanca 8 right in front of you on your right hand side. Enter your key code in the key box to get the keys.

    Wonderful apartment with all amenities including heated tile flooring for those cool nights. Very quiet area just far enough out of the centre. Town centre can be reached within a 30minute walk and a few stairs. There are a few restaurants and bars close to the apartment if needed. The kiosk wasn’t open when we were there so it was very quiet. The only negative would be if you’re not very mobile or in a wheelchair it may not work for you. Otherwise we loved it and the sunny deck. Would highly recommend.

    I would have rated this apartment as a 5 star, it was in a good location equipped with everything you would need, comfortable and very clean nevertheless on being disturbed during sleep, I went to the toilet and watched two cockroaches come from under the bed!!!! Which resulted in my husband sleeping on the sofa and me with my daughter. The next morning I contacted the owner who explained the area had recently been fumigated driving the cockroaches out, he had the caretaker come that day to put down poison which worked and drove the cockroaches out from under the bed to die. I understand this is a common problem in Spain and not the owners fault but…..it was an unpleasant experience and left us without a double bedroom for two nights. I think it’s also important to point out the dining table and chairs are placed near three concrete steps which are white and tiled like the floor, on getting up from the table I didn’t anticipate them being there as they merged in with the floor tiles so on two occasions I tripped on them and cut my lower left leg twice once bruising it badly. Also both my husband and I banged our heads in the downstairs toilet as there was a sloping roof and again knocked our heads on the lampshade over the dining room table. Whilst I mentioned these incidents I’m sure those who are used to the apartment are more aware of the surroundings as we all are with our own homes and quirks they may have. In all a beautiful apartment.

    The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very well equipped and super clean. Comfortable beds and a super comfy sofa. Showers were great although the downstairs bathroom is a little on the small side. The veranda is large enough for a family to sit and eat although at the end of September it is closer to 13:00 before the sun come round for sun bathing. The complex pool is great although again the grassed area around the pool is a little small and would probably get very busy in the high season. The only two let downs for us was that the bar are was only open for a few hours in the afternoon from around 14:00 and the short route (800 meters) to the beach is down a track that gets quite steep as you get close to the beach. This is a great place for a relaxing holiday with some fabulous restaurants on the beach front. Top tip from me is to fully enjoy this place you will need a hire car.
