Our 2018 built Casa Tramuntana with the apartments, Oleandro on the ground floor is located on a closed 1900 sqm plot.
The holiday home is about 500m outside of Torpe, with a beautiful view of Torpe, Posada, the Monte Albo and the woods and the long valley around Torpe.
The apartment on the ground floor, which we offer here, is in high equipment / solid wood furniture with 3 air conditioners / inverter.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tramuntana. Monika, the host, is a very attentive and friendly person. The apartment and the property are neat and there is everything that you need for a relaxing holiday.

Stayed Jul 27, 2022It's a nice and spacious flat with big dining tables inside and on the porch, good kitchen etc., ideal for Families or groups of people. It is 15-60min drive away from many gorgeous beaches and lovely villages (Posada and its beaches 10min away, Golfo di Orosei in the south and Capo Coda Cavallo in the north). But if you feel lazy, you can always enjoy the great swimming pool in the garden. We enjoyed that it wasn't directly in a tourist centre but located in a quiet little rural village. We had a great time :-)

Stayed Apr 9, 2022A lovely house with a heated pool and yard for the kids and a spacious living area and bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has been done nicely, is well stocked with facilities, has a great sunny south facing porch and yard with BBQ and loungers - great for soaking up the sun with a lovely mountain view. Wolfram and Monika are very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time at Casa Tramuntana and would happily recommend it to families seeking some space and tranquility to relax in between sightseeing on the island.

Stayed Aug 29, 2019We had a pleasant stay (a week) at the residence of Wolfram and Monika. Both are warm and wonderful hosts. Their vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by mountains with a great view. And you can see the stars at night clearly. Their home is modern and fully equipped. Great space for children to play in the garden. We had had a great stay. Definitely a recommendation for families! We will be back! Ilonka

Stayed Apr 16, 2019We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. Every morning we woke up with a beautiful view from the terrace. And our daughter had a lot of fun on the playground!
