Casa Sole is the perfect retreat for those dreaming of a seaside holiday filled with comfort and beauty. Just 5 minutes from the center of Camogli, it features a beautiful furnished terrace — ideal for relaxing with family or friends. A cozy home where you can experience the magic of one of the most charming villages in the Tigullio area.
In Camogli, you can enjoy authentic Ligurian cuisine, explore the trails of Portofino Park, or take boat trips toSan Fruttuoso or the Cinque Terre.

Discover the comfort and charm of this bright and functional home, perfect for a beach holiday with family or friends.
The house offers a living room with an open kitchen and a single sofa bed, with direct access to a private terrace . From here, a spiral staircase leads to a stunning rooftop terrace, ideal for sunbathing or dining under the stars .
It features one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower .
During the summer, you can also enjoy the shared seasonal pool ‍♀️.
Although there is no private parking, free public parking is available nearby.
The house is about a 15-minute walk from the center. The return includes a climb and a few steps, but the view and the peaceful setting are worth every step!

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any questions, you can contact us through the same channel — we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance — this service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

‍♀️ SEASONAL SHARED POOL, open from June 15 to September 15 (dates may vary )

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you decide to visit Camogli by car , we recommend checking the access hours.
In any case, paid parking ️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free!

TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN
• We offer a baby crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged

❄️ DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
